Product Updates from Liberty Building Systems

BARTLETT, Tenn., October 1, 2007 - Several items of interest were announced recently by Bartlett, Tenn.-based Liberty Building Systems (www.libertybuildings.com).

Liberty's new self storage brochure highlights the company's expanded product line.
The company offers a new self-storage product brochure that incorporates the expanded product depth for projects with this end use. The value-added features include embossed mullions and headers, acrylic-coated G30 galvanized framing at no added cost, and a 40-year warranty on the company’s FreedomCote™ color finish.

LibertyLoc™ Standing Seam Roof System
In another action, the company has renamed its standing seam metal roof system as LibertyLoc™. The product’s new designation is in the registration process with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The system retains the same benefits, including a triple-lock seam that provides superior weathertight integrity and wind uplift resistance, the cost-saving elimination of additional secondaries and exterior clamping systems,
LibertyRib™ Wall and Roof Panel
and both standard Galvalume™ and seven color finished panel options. In a similar change involving trademark filings, Liberty will now market its PBR roofing and wall panels as LibertyRib™.

The company also reports strong demand for its component business. Liberty entered the marketplace recently with standalone offerings of secondary framing, roof and wall panels.

Finally, Liberty has discontinued offering the Snap-It™ architectural standing seam metal roof system. The system will still be available through the Butler Manufacturing Company Northern region operations center in Annville, Penn.
