After creating an account on the Partner Site, Liberty’s customers can check the status of their orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 
Visit http://partner.libertybuildings.com to log in to the Liberty Partner Site. Another way to access the site is by visiting Liberty's home page and clicking on the gray circular button on the right side of the page.
Materials available on the Liberty Partner Site include project tracking from order to delivery, shipping notifications, account statements and invoices. Additionally, customers can view project drawing files, download the files, make changes and send them back to their project managers all via their password-protected accounts. Future plans for the site include an online payment option.
Another convenience factor of Liberty’s Partner Site is the feature that allows a customer to set up the account to allow other people or departments in his or her company to access. This concept was implemented to make things easier on those customers who are working with Liberty on multiple projects.
“Although convenience for the customer is the main focus of the Partner Site, it will help Liberty keep customer account information up to date and organized as well,” said Ryan Hill, Liberty’s customer service manager. “The online account will allow Liberty to see any incidents that may occur with an order so they can be fixed quickly before they become a problem.”
