Professional Design Resources, an architectural firm in the Memphis suburb of Bartlett, Tenn. designed the project that applied structural framing and a standing seam metal roof system supplied by Liberty Building Systems, with headquarters and engineering offices also located in Bartlett. The government building underwent multiple rounds of bids before it received an acceptable quote from Greg and Scott Stephens, general contractors based in Paris, Tenn.
Located 12 miles north of Memphis in Shelby County, the Millington Industrial Board has enviable sites to market at one of America’s distribution crossroads. Properties for the transportation and distribution facilities include the 110-acre Millington Business Center and the 1900-acre West Tennessee Regional Business Center comprised of redevelopment sites within the former Memphis Naval Air Station that has the rail and aviation infrastructure to evolve into an intermodal hub.
