Roof Slope

• The minimum recommended slope for the LibertyLoc standing seam roof system is 1/4:12.
• The maximum recommended slope for the LibertyLoc standing seam roof system is 6:12.
• The structural trapezoidal standing seam roof system is specifically designed for low slopes.

Substructure

• LibertyLoc is designed to be applied over open framing, but can be used over a solid substrate.

Panel Coverage

• 24" with a 3 1/16" rib height

Length

• Minimum panel length is 5’-0”.
• Maximum recommended panel length is 45’-0”.
• Longer panels require additional consideration in packaging, shipping and installation.

Availability

• 24-gauge Galvalume® panels are available as a standard finish.  Painted panels with a Kynar finish are optional

Applications

• Low-slope roof system for commerical and industrial use

Fastening Systems

• Concealed clip system (Allows for 3 ½"  thermal movement)

Testing

• The 24-gauge roof system is UL90 rated for wind uplift resistance.

Materials

• 24-gauge Galvalume

Finishes

• Acrylic-coated Galvalume is the standard finish.
• Painted panels with a Kynar finish are optional (Minimum quantity requirements apply).
